Ms. Linda
My family and I have been parishioners of STM since 2001. I taught religious ed for 10 years as my own children grew up in the program. After retiring from 30 years of public school teaching in 2018, I became a teacher here at STMPS. I love how we begin and end our day with a prayer and teach our youngest the love of God. It is a true blessing to be here with this wonderful staff and I am thankful to be a part of the earliest stages of excitement and wonder that young children have.
Ms. Tamara
My husband and I moved from Dallas to Austin in the summer of 1997 and joined STM Parish shortly after. Prior to moving to Austin, and having our son, I was with an NFL sports team for 9 years in both their Cheer and then Sales & Promotions Department.
I started teaching preschool in 2004. The flexible school schedule enables me to enjoy valuable time with my family, and teaching children keeps me happy, and energized.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism and a Minor in Dance from The University of Southern Mississippi.
We love living in Austin and have enjoyed raising our son here. I love to dance, theatre, yoga, traveling and hiking with my family. Special events with my DCC Cheer Alumni and Aggie Mom’s Club also give me joy.
Ms. Melissa
My name is Melissa and this is my third year with the preschool. My daughter went here for 4 years and I loved it so much, I decided to be a substitute teacher, which eventually led to a teaching position in the Babies Class and then in the 3 year old class. I love being able to help these little minds grow.
