• Tax-exempt forms are available in Parish Office or ifrom your staff contact.
• Tax-exempt cards for various stores (HEB, Costco, Sams, Office Max, etc) are available for check out from Kelli Merchant.

1. Fill in all information on Purchase Order. 
2. Attach receipts to white copy. 
3. Keep colored copies for minsitry records.
4. Turn white copy & receipts in to your staff contact or parish office.

Deposit forms & bags are are available in Parish Office.

1. Fill in all information on the Deposit Form.
2. Keep a copy for your ministry records.
3. Put deposit form and funds in a deposit bag.
4. Turn in to Parish Office or your Staff Contact.

Credit card payments can be collected online or at ministry events.
