Due to the high volume of content requests for The Bulletin, all graphic elements are secondary to the written content and will be placed as space allows. This is with respect to the amount of space in the bulletin overall as well as in the immediate area of the content.

You may submit pre-designed graphics for inclusion in The Bulletin, however, depending on the amount of content requested for a particular weekend and the flow of the publication, we may need to rely on a text-only version of your content. Graphics pertaining to parish ministries must follow these basic visual guidelines:
Providing the raw file (Canva, Publisher, Word, etc.) must be submitted to the communications director. Publisher and Word files can be uploaded using the submission form (there is no limit to the number of files uploaded). Quarter-page graphics are generally approved for placement in up to two editions of The Bulletin per promotional cycle of an event/initiative.

We use the term "promotional cycle" to refer to the timeframe that begins with the first promotional effort and ends with the last follow-up content (i.e. thank yous, congratulations, etc.).
