Ministry Responsibilities
In order for The Block Party attendees to have a positive and inviting experience, we ask ministry leaders to keep in mind the following responsibilities that come with participating:
- Your ministry will equally share an eight-foot table with another ministry.
- Decorate your table and/or provide promotional materials for your ministry.
- Ensure someone is available at your table and ready to speak to potential/returning members during the following windows:
  - Saturday: 5:45 - 7 p.m.
  - Sunday: 8:15 a.m. - 1 p.m. and 5:45 - 7 p.m.
- Tear down your table (decorations and materials as well as take your table to a designated area).
- Contact the people who sign up at your table within seven days of The Block Party.
Please complete the form below by July 5th to let us know which ministries will participate in The Block Party (September 7th & 8th) and/or should be included on the connection cards used during Commitment Weekend (September 14th & 15th).
