Director-Cindy Acosta
 I am in my 10^th year as the Director of St. Thomas More Preschool.  It has been the experience of a LIFETIME!  This is not only my 10^th year at the preschool but my 40^th year as an educator.  I worked for 20 years as a classroom teacher, teaching grades 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd.  I also served as an instructional specialist in a large school district in El Paso and an Education Project Manager for the Education Service Center in El Paso.   In addition, I served as an elementary school principal for 10 years both in El Paso and here in Austin, with Eanes ISD.  As you can see, I have a deep devotion and love for serving children!
My husband, Mario and I have been married for 41 years.   We have 3 grown children; Mario II, Matthew, and Michael,  We are blessed with 8 wonderful grandchildren.  



 

Assistant Director-Julie Olesen
 My family and I have been members of St. Thomas More Parish for 25 years and I'm so honored to be the Assistant Director for the Preschool.   I have a BBA from St. Edward's University and started my career as a Senior Manager in the corporate world, but left after having children.   I started teaching at their preschool 19 years ago and never left the preschool environment.  I taught at St. Thomas More Preschool in the 3 and 4 year old classrooms before moving into the Assistant Director role.
My husband Tony and I were married at St. Thomas More 24 years ago and we have three children.  Jacob is a Senior at Texas A&M, Caitlin is a Junior at St. Edward's University, and Addie is a Freshman in high school.
