Theresians was founded on the feast of St. Therese of Lisieux, October 3rd, 1961, by Msgr. Elwood Voss in Pueblo, Colorado. Theresians is an organization open to all Christian women.
We provide a prayerful environment in which we, as women, are nurtured, affirmed, and challenged to reach our full potential.
We grow in our faith vision by living according to five dimensions: Spirituality, Community, Vocation, Education, and Ministry.
Theresians meet once each month in members' homes. During our time together, we are spiritually inspired, pray together for our community and special needs of each other, share our achievements, successes, and failures, and burdens, as well as being intellectually challenged with thought-provoking programs that lead us in the five dimensions of Theresian Life.
Women are encouraged to attend 3 Theresian gatherings (retreats, monthly meetings, Christmas party, etc.) before committing to become an official member. "Women in Support of Women, Reaching Out with Gospel Values." If you would like more information please contact our Mininstry Leader.
